Fixing the Problem
Fixing the Problem
Simply stop burning fossil fuels
Reduce other greenhouse gases such as methane.
Remove excess CO2 from the atmosphere.
We burn fossil fuels to make electricity and provide heat.
The alternatives to make electricity include solar power, wind energy, hydro, nuclear energy, geothermal energy, biomass and biodiesel.
The alternatives to provide heat include electric heaters, electric heat-pumps, better insulation, recycle sewage and waste.
Many new ideas are being researched but today's technology is working, is often cheaper and cleaner.
